My second posting after my surgery. First, I realize what I post is based on a temporary condition. I had surgery and in about four weeks, I should be able to wear shoes on both feet. So I am blessed to know this is temporary. 

And regardless I have become aware of the vulnerability of being other abled. I wake up in the morning wondering how I will get a shower; take my mom to the doctor; have the stamina to do what is necessary. I have help but so many do not. And even with help, a three-inch step feels impossible. 

So this post is about vulnerability. A reality of the human condition. Jesus calls us to live into vulnerability and all the places it takes us.
