Small Groups & Fellowship

St. Bartholomew’s has many ways for you to connect with fellow members and meet new friends. In addition to the ministries listed here, we organize periodic dinner groups, fun social events, book clubs and parents groups. Small Group Bible Studies and/or Book Groups

Throughout the year, St. Bart’s is home to several weekly bible study groups as well as book groups/book clubs. They meet at various times during the week, some on campus, some off, and all are always open to new members. Contact the church office, (858) 487-2159, for a current listing.

Cursillo:  Small Group Faith Community

The Episcopal Cursillo Ministry is a Christian faith renewal movement that begins with a three-day weekend experience, which then leads to ongoing support and encouragement in small group community where we build friendship, validation, encouragement, accountability and are challenged to live every day for Christ. For more information, contact either Jill Henderson, (760) 807-8445, or Don Spencer, (858) 472-9466.

Sojourners:  Adult Fellowship & Adventure

St. Bart’s Sojourners is a fellowship ministry for adults through shared experiences including local events, day trips and travel. Past events include: movie nights, dinner theater, day trips to local museums, pilgrimages to the Holy Land, and most recently a tour of Poland, Czechoslovakia and Austria.
