So often, we do not want to think about the end of our life. Yet it is inevitable. As Mark Twain said, “in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.” We started to explore Being Mortal in November. We will continue this discussion and expand on how to have difficult talks with family, Advance Directives, POLSTs (come and see what this means), addressing our fears and concerns, reliefs and advantages. Have you ever thought of planning your own funeral? Now’s your chance. Take a chance, bring a family member or friend, anyone who is alive is welcome. Light refreshments will be provided. You may sign up at the Connect table after service or contact Cindy Campos, 858-449-0964.

You do not need to be a member of St. Bart's to attend this important class. All are welcome!
